If they give their consent for the children to us our services, we proceed to open his/her user account. However, once downloaded the application and purchase a premium version, we will not sell, transfer or provide to any third-parties this personal information, and/or use it for marketing and promotional purposes. At any time, we understand and imply that parents and legal guardians have given approval to the child to attain this version. 8.1. - Since Locking Partners, S.L. is a Spanish corporation, this Policy is governed by the Spanish legislation, especially the Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data which is a transposition of the EU Directive 95/46/CE; as well as the Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Services of the Information Society and E-Commerce transpositioning the EU Directive 2015/1535.
